Terms and Conditions
Prior to proceeding with the application, we encourage applicants to carefully read the below terms and conditions:

1. The grants are strictly intended to be utilized and given to individuals/collectives only and not to organizations.
2. The grants will only cover a single project that has been submitted and approved by the Ministry of Culture and Zayed University.
3. The grant can cover rental fees for equipment, such as electronic hardware, film cameras, speakers, laptops, etc.
4. In exceptional circumstances, the procurement of equipment may be negotiated on an individual basis.
5. The grant will not pay for personal items or shipping/transportation fees for those personal items, and the grantees will need to cover their own health insurance and visa fees, if any.
6. The grant can cover travel and accommodation costs.
7. The individual and collective grant amount should not exceed 50,000 AED per submitted proposal.
8. Expenses are released based on pre-approved invoices and submitted quotations.
9. Grantees must adhere to required progress updates throughout the grant period using a report form.
10.No public announcements are permitted before they are made by the organizers.
11. Prior approval is required from the Ministry of Culture and Zayed University on any media engagement associated with the grant program.
