Terms and Conditions
Prior to proceeding with the application, we encourage applicants to carefully read the below terms and conditions:

1. The applicant must be a citizen or resident of the country.
2. The MOC reserves the right to accept or reject the recommendation request as it deems appropriate, in accordance with its approved procedures and regulations.
3. The maximum duration of the creative leave is ninety (90) days.
4. The applicant must ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided.
5. The event or activity must not conflict with the policies and values of the country.
6. The applicant commits to complying with all conditions of the recommendation and using it solely for the purposes specified in the application.
7. The applicant must submit a final report to the Ministry of Culture after the participation period ends, outlining achievements and outcomes (Failure to submit the report will result in losing the opportunity to obtain recommendations in the future).
8. The applicant must adhere to the specified participation period and refrain from engaging in any other activities during this time.
