The requesting party is obliged to provide the Ministry with all the information required in the application form or by contacting the area to inquire as clearly and accurately as possible.
Facilitate the applicant for the mission of the consultative team that is visiting through good internal coordination of the visit and punctuality.
The report submitted to the requesting party represents the opinion of the consultative team based on experience and knowledge. The requesting party shall have the freedom to apply for some or all of what has been stated therein without the slightest responsibility on the ministry. تلتزم الجهة الطالبة بتزويد الوزارة بكافة المعلومات المطلوبة في نموذج طلب الزيارة أو
خلال الاتصال بالجهة للاستيضاح بشكل واضح ودقيق ما أمكن.
تسهيل الجهة الطالبة لمهمة الفريق الاستشاري الذي يقوم بالزيارة من خلال التنسيق الداخلي الجيد للزيارة والالتزام بالمواعيد.
يمثل التقرير الذي يقدم للجهة الطالبة رأي الفريق الاستشاري من منطلق الخبرة والمعرفة ويكون للجهة الطالبة حرية التطبيق لبعض او كل ما جاء فيه دون ادنى مسؤولية على الوزارة.
