1. Publisher is committed to follow the rules related to international standard book numbers when the same is received.
2. Publisher is committed to inform the ministry of any changes happening in the business or in the data when released.
3. Publisher is committed to display the international standard book number on a visible place, either on the cover or interior pages.
4. Publisher is committed to use the appropriate size in printing of international standard book number.
5. Publisher shall provide five copies of the book to the ministry immediately upon completion of the printing.
6. In case of a book being printed in several parts the charges will be paid for each part of the book separately from the other parts.
7. The requesting party or the official representative is committed not to disclose or disseminate information relating to his application, and bear all responsibilities relating to non- compliance with this clause. 1. يلتزم الناشر بإتباع القوانين المتعلقة بالأرقام الدولية عند استلامها.
2. يلتزم الناشر بإبلاغ الوزارة عن أي تغيير يحدث في العمل أو في البيانات عند إصدارها.
3. يلتزم الناشر بعرض الرقم الدولي للكتاب في مكان مرئي، سواء على الغلاف أو بالصفحات الداخلية.
4. يلتزم الناشر بأن يكون حجم الحروف التي تستعمل في طباعة الرقم الدولي مناسبة.
5. يلتزم الناشر بتوفير خمس نسخ من الكتاب للوزارة فور الإنتهاء من طباعته.
6. في حالة اختيار عدة أجزاء للكتاب، سيتم دفع الرسوم لكل جزء من الكتاب لطباعته بصورة مستقلة عن الأجزاء الأخرى.
7. تلتزم الجهة الطالبة وممثلها الرسمي بعدم الإفصاح عن أو نشر المعلومات المتعلقة بطلبه، وتتحمل كافة المسؤوليات المتعلقة بعدم الالتزام بهذا البند.
