1. The cultural centers of the Ministry of Culture & Knowledge Development is committed to providing facilities for rent by applicants in all days of the week, from nine o'clock in the morning until two o'clock in afternoon, and five o'clock in the afternoon to evening nine o'clock.
2. Primary choice for renting facilities, history and time does not mean confirmation of booking deadline is likely to be the primary choices are not yet available.
3. When the request of the Ministry of Culture & Knowledge Development of the online access to the system and confirm appointments and pay the fee, the client is committed to responding to the dates specified in the notices, in the case of noncompliance probably has the facility and the date and time that has his choice initially is not entitled to raise the complaint because of the book his lack of punctuality.
4. In the case of payment of fees and request is approved the applicant will not be entitled to request the facility or change the date or time, or any other information related to hiring facilities.
5. Committed to student health service information that is provided and not to take responsibility for their health and related dependencies, where the right of the Ministry of Culture & Knowledge Development rejected his request in the case of the information provided is incorrect.
6. The applicant must submit the request at least three weeks before the target date for the use of facilities.
7. Entitled to the Ministry of Culture & Knowledge Development, the application is approved or rejected by the evaluation criteria used, applicant is not entitled to claim reasons for rejection from the ministry.
8. Committed to the applicant not to disclose or disseminate information relating to his application, and bear all responsibilities relating to non-compliance with this item.
9. In the event of any differences or disputes are the courts of the United Arab Emirates is the competent authority to resolve disputes and conflicts.
10. The applicant shall provide guarantee amounting to AED 2000 when renting theaters that warranty is offered at least five working days prior to the rental amount.
11. The applicant is committed to the instructions for the theaters, dissemination and confirm opt-out from the audience:
- Eating, drinking and smoking inside the theater is strictly prohibited.
- Carrying polluting substances or inflammable inside the theater is strictly prohibited.
- It is strictly forbidden to carry acute hazardous materials inside the theater.
- Stapling nails on the wall of the theater is strictly prohibited.
- Do not write on the walls and curtains and floors and chairs.
- Do not write on the chairs or walls or theater curtains.
- Do not stick non-removable posters on the ground of the theater.
- Do not stick infraction posters in the center.
- In case of any defect resulting from misuse of theater applicant bear the full responsibility and costs.
- Do not bring personal/precious items, theater administration is not responsible for damage or loss for the purposes of this during and after the end of the ceremony.
- Disclaimer Theater of all belongings during the ceremony later than 24 hours.
- Adherence to the optimal use of each belongings of sound and lighting equipment and curtains and stage.
- In case of violation of these instructions Ministry has the right to manage the theater to cancel the concert.
12. In the case of lack of full compliance with the terms of the Terms and Conditions for rental theaters will not be returned security deposit. 1.تلتزم المراكز الثقافية لوزارة الثقافة والشباب وتنمية المجتمع بتوفير مرافقها للاستئجار من طرف المتعاملين في كافة أيام الأسبوع، من الساعة التاسعة صباحاً وحتى الساعة الثانية ظهراً، ومن الساعة الخامسة عصراً وحتى الساعة التاسعة مساءاً.
2.الاختيار الإبتدائي لاستئجار المرافق والتاريخ والوقت المحدد لا يعني تأكيد حجز الموعد ومن المحتمل أن تكون الإختيارات الإبتدائية غير متاحة بعد.
3.عند طلب وزارة الثقافة والشباب وتنمية المجتمع من المتعامل الدخول على النظام وتأكيد المواعيد ودفع الرسوم، يلتزم المتعامل بالتجاوب مع التواريخ المحددة في الإشعارات، وفي حالة عدم الالتزام بها من المحتمل فقد حجز المرفق والتاريخ والتوقيت الذي قام بإختياره مبدئياً ولا يحق له رفع الشكوى بسبب عدم إلتزامه بالمواعيد المحددة.
4.في حال دفع الرسوم و اعتماد الاستئجار لن يحق للمتعامل طلب تغيير المرفق أو الموعد أو التوقيت أو أي معلومة أخرى متعلقة باستئجار المرافق.
5.يلتزم طالب الخدمة بصحة المعلومات التي يقوم بتوفيرها وتحمل مسؤولية عدم صحتها والتبعيات المتعلقة بذلك، حيث يحق لوزارة الثقافة والشباب وتنمية المجتمع رفض طلبه في حالة كانت المعلومات الموفرة غير صحيحة.
6.يجب على طالب الخدمة تقديم الطلب ثلاثة أسابيع على الأقل قبل التاريخ المستهدف لاستخدام المرافق.
7.يحق لوزارة الثقافة والشباب وتنمية المجتمع رفض أو اعتماد الطلب حسب معايير التقييم المستخدمة، ولا يحق لطالب الخدمة مطالبة الوزارة بأسباب الرفض.
8.يلتزم طالب الخدمة بعدم الإفصاح عن أو نشر المعلومات المتعلقة بطلبه، ويتحمل كافة المسؤوليات المتعلقة بعدم الالتزام بهذا البند.
9.في حال حدوث أي خلافات أو نزاعات تكون محاكم دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة هي الجهة المختصة لحل الخلافات والنزاعات.
10.يلتزم طالب الخدمة بتوفير ضمان بمبلغ 2000 درهم عند استئجار المسارح، على أن يتم تقديم الضمان على الأقل خمسة أيام عمل قبل موعد تأجير المبلغ.
11.يلتزم طالب الخدمة بتطبيق التعليمات المتعلقة بالمسارح وتعميمها وتأكيد التقيّد بها من قبل الحضور:
- يمنع منعا باتا الأكل و الشرب و التدخين داخل المسرح.
- يمنع منا باتا إدخال مواد ملوثة أو قابلة للاشتعال داخل المسرح.
- يمنع منعا باتا إدخال المواد الحاده الخطرة داخل المسرح.
- عدم طرق المسامير أو التدبيس على جدار المسرح.
- عدم الكتابة على الجدران و الستائر و الأرضيات و الكراسي.
- عدم إلصاق أو تعليق أو الكتابة على الكراسي أو الجدران أو ستائر المسرح.
- عدم وضع الملصقات الأرضية الغير قابلة للنزع في المسرح.
- عدم إلصاق ملصقات مخالفة في المركز.
- في حال تعرض المسرح لأي خلل ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام يتم إصلاح العطل وتحمل الجهة المسؤولية الكاملة و التكاليف.
- عدم ترك المقتنيات الشخصية الثمينة، فإدارة المسرح غير مسؤولة عن تلف أو فقدان هذه لأغراض أثناء و بعد انتهاء الحفل.
- إخلاء المسرح من كافة المتعلقات الخاصة بالحفل خلال موعد أقصاه 24 ساعه.
- التقيد بالاستخدام الأمثل لكل المتعلقات من أجهزة صوت و إضاءة وستائر وخشبة المسرح.
- في حالة مخالفة تلك التعليمات و القوانين يحق لإدارة المسرح إلغاء الحفل.
12.في حالة عدم الالتزام الكامل ببنود الشروط والأحكام المتعلقة باستئجار المسارح لن يتم إرجاع مبلغ الضمان.
