4. Comply with all security, technical and guarding measures.
Service Accessibility    
   
   
1. Complete the service application form.
2. ID photocopy.
3. Attach a personal photo.
4. An official letter from the (government / private) entity requesting to hold the event.
5. The lecturer’s CV (if the event is a lecture or seminar) and personal photo.
6. Pay rental fees.
